Terms & Conditions

By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility
    • The competition is open to residents of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 21 years and above.
    • Employees of Foodie Holdings and Taste of Dubai, their family members, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
  2. Entry Requirements
    • Participants must complete the registration form with accurate details.
    • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
    • Participants must follow Dish Catering and Taste of Dubai on social media (Instagram) and complete the registration form to qualify for entry.
  3. Competition Period
    • The competition opens on 1st February and closes on 16th February 2025 at 11:30pm.
    • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
  4. Winner Selection & Announcement
    • The winner will be selected at random.
    • The winner will be announced on 20th February via Dish’s Instagram page. An official email will be sent to the winner prior.
    • If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected.
  5. Prize Details
    • The prize consists of a catering package worth AED 5,000 including food and service.
    • The menu will be pre-selected in coordination with the winner.
    • The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the announcement date.
    • The catering service is available within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Additional costs may apply for locations outside this area.
  6. General Conditions
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • The catering service is subject to availability on the chosen date.
    • Dish Catering reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
    • By entering, participants grant Dish Catering permission to use their name and images for promotional purposes.
  7. Liability & Disclaimer
    • Dish Catering is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or incorrect contact details provided by participants.
    • The company is not liable for any personal injuries, unspecified allergies, or other incidents arising from the services provided by Dish Catering.
